We had to wait awhile for the federal district court to make a ruling, but now we have it. The revised FLSA Overtime Rule will not go into effect on January 1. In addition, the changes from July 1 have been nullified. If you raised salaries for the July 1 adjustment, it would be a disaster to roll them back. But if you waited for the January 1, 2025 increases - ie: didn't give those raises yet - then you do not need to do that for the purpose of preserving the overtime exemption.
