I'm Adriane Harrison, the VP of HR Consulting at the Alliance and the moderator for this community. Over the years, the HR ListServ was the hub for our community. We are transitioning to this new home so that we can interact without filling our inboxes with emails as we respond to inquiries and share information. This is a great space to ask questions about SOPs, regulations, or how to handle a sticky situation. I am always available to contact directly with questions, but sometimes it is helpful to hear how other folks are handling situations.
